Da Quinta ao garfo

“Da Quinta ao Garfo” trata-se de um projeto de intervenção para a promoção de uma alimentação equilibrada e sustentável, da dieta mediterrânica e combate ao desperdício alimentar no território do Ave (sub-região NUT Nível III Ave).

O presente projeto nasce no âmbito do Plano Nacional para a Alimentação Equilibrada e Sustentável (PNAES), lançado pelo Ministério da Agricultura e Alimentação no ano de 2021. É um dos projetos pertencentes à Rede Rural Nacional que conta com financiamento da União Europeia. Este tem como entidades promotoras a Sol do Ave – Associação para o Desenvolvimento Integrado do Vale do Ave, a Comunidade Intermunicipal (CIM) do Ave e a Probasto – Associação de Desenvolvimento Rural de Basto.
